You must enroll during the Open Enrollment period if you wish to have benefits coverage for the upcoming plan year. If you are a newly hired Team Member, you must complete your enrollment within 30 days of your hire date. If you experience a Qualifying Life Event you must submit your benefit changes via Workday within 30 days of the event. If you have forgotten your password, please contact 1-909-5000 xHELP(4357) for assistance.

To enroll from home:
  1. Click here
  2. Enter Niagara username and password
  3. Click on Inbox and follow the prompts for enrollment
Enrolling from the Niagara Network (VPN Required)
  1. Log on to Splash
  2. Team Member Tools
  3. Workday
  4. Click on the banner for the Single Sign On
  5. Click on Inbox and follow the prompts for enrollment


In the event of any conflict between the content contained herein and the Summary Plan Description (SPD), the provisions of the Summary Plan Description (SPD) shall prevail.
