For the 2023 program, you are asked to focus on building a relationship with your personal Cigna physician. We will reward you and your covered spouse/partner for completing wellness exams at your in-network physician’s office, completing preventive lab tests, and various other activities to support team members finding a Cigna doctor and developing a strong PCP relationship. Additional rewards will be available for navigating the Sharecare platform, participating in Wellness Challenges, completing your RealAge Test (your brand new Personal Health Questionnaire), online activities, coaching, and other activities. For team members enrolled in medical as of January 1, 2023, you will complete a Nicotine Attestation Form through Sharecare by February 15, 2023. For those that attest to being a nicotine user OR for those that choose not to complete the attestation by the deadline, we will begin a $40 per pay period Wellness Surcharge in April 2023. Alternatively, complete 6 coaching sessions on any topics by March 15, 2023 to avoid surcharges or complete by September 30, 2023 to earn a full refund of your 2023 surcharges.Biometric Screenings
Paused for 2023.To ensure team members and spouses focus on developing relationships with Cigna doctors, we are pausing Biometric Screenings for 2023. Instead, we ask that you complete a Wellness Preventive Screening with your in-network PCP and schedule labs that include a cholesterol panel, glucose panel, and other preventive tests. Look for more information during Open Enrollment with more details in December.
